Ocean Drive, Brenton Cove, Bailey's Beach and the homes along Harrison Avenue take spray straight off the Atlantic and Rhode Island Sound on every south and west wind, and a nor'easter carries it across Bellevue Avenue and up the Hill to Spring Street. Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
